Steadfast Networks

This actually happened a couple months ago, but for some reason I forgot to blog about it. I am mentioning it now, as we have recently updated our logo to have the ® in the upper right hand corner as Steadfast Networks, the name and the logo, are now registered trademarks. You can even see the proof of that here at the US Patent and Trademark Office. It is serial number 78695950 and registration number 3144957. For any of you looking to get a mark registered, the process is relatively painless, you just need to be patient, as it took us about 1 year and 1 month from the initial filing to have the process completed. This means that if you see anyone else using the name Steadfast Networks or our logo, or anything similar to the name or logo without our permission please tell us. We'll make them pay. :-)
