Karl Zimmerman

Chairman/Chief Executive Officer

Karl is the founder of Steadfast, having been with the company since its beginning as a small web hosting company back in 1998. Karl started his company at 14 years old, in his bedroom, during a time when the internet was still young and developing. While attending Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, he grew the company into a high quality multi-million dollar Data Center Services Company utilizing its own network infrastructure and data center facilities. Karl has served as the CEO of Steadfast since it was incorporated in October of 2000.

Kevin Stange

Kevin M. Stange
Chief Technology Officer

Kevin has been with Steadfast since 2000 and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Clarkson University. Kevin first led the company's SimGames.net hosting project and also served as a senior server engineer. His strong background in technical communications, as well as Linux, Apache, and other web technologies has allowed him to perform a variety of functions for the company, such as server administration, application development, technical support, and web design, giving him broad technical knowledge.

David Carter

David came to Steadfast with decades of accounting and financial experience at various companies and levels. This experience involves time at one of the "Big 8" accounting firms, Arthur Young & Company, as a Senior Auditor, as a Corporate Controller at Cade Industries, Inc. and United States Leather, Inc., and most recently as the President and CEO of Beihoff Music Corp. David has a BBA in accounting from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Paul Voswinkel

Paul Voswinkel

Paul came to Steadfast Networks in 2010 as the controller. Paul graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2010, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in accounting and finance. He served on the Student Managed Endowment Fund during the spring semester of 2010. Having passed all the parts of the CPA exam in 2010, he became a CPA in Illinois. Paul focuses on cash management and forecasting, cost accounting, human resources and administrative duties.
